Business financing and initial costs–shoestring personal budget?

My question is, HOW to get this money, which is ver much under $1,000…….in fact, if I were to find seed money of $1K, I would be in good shape to start off.
WHERE TO FIND THIS MONEY WHEN I DON’T HAVE IT?
