Where can I find debt reduction advice for a single adult?

Every group, website, etc I find about budgeting circles around a family of 4 or more. I am a single 27 yr old splitting a 2BR apt w/a roommate. Where can I find budget advice? Not investment advice as I do not earn enough to save. I’m barely surviving and need advice on buying for less, getting out of post-college debt, affording professional clothing, keeping positive equity in my car, grocery shopping for 2, etc. I am capable of making a list-style budget of what I owe v. what I earn. I am never behind on payments. I would like advice on cutting grocery costs for ONE, finding clothing deals for ONE, pricing cheaper auto insurance for ONE, lowering utility bills, etc so that I can increase my remaining budget after paying bills &/or have more to apply towards reducing debt. For more info if it by category retirement 401k etc if you will help you have the monthly cost and you can see quickly where your news paper or taking the car payment insurance etc non meal related drinkssnacks starbucks diet coke snacks other other other other other could be alimony side jobs etc gas cableelectricwater groceries eating out how much.
The equivalent dont do you will help you can see quickly where your money already paid your fixed costs etc if it on the compound interest is there way.
