My bills and just created rows for savings doing it this way you can save and columns for each month keep yearly budget on one spreadsheet at.
For savings doing it weekly when bills actually come in because the amounts do change.

I also use Excel. Way easier, and you can input your own formulas, if you know how to do that. Otherwise, you don’t have to use formulas at all.

An older version available from quickencom this software has allowed us to save thousands by tracking our monthly expenses.

Don’t waste time getting programs, and definitely don’t waste money on them.

If you have MS Excel, good. (There’s a free version of MS Office called OpenOffice.org, which has a spreadsheet software)

If not, just sit down and use a pen, notebook, and calculator.

Pretty soon, you’ll be able to do it in your head.
