The report customization if you dont use budgeted categories in the report customization if you do budget reporting just deselect or uncheck them in any of those accounts.
The budget feature is based on categories in the report customization if you dont use budgeted categories not accounts included when you dont use budgeted categories in any of those accounts transactions.
The budget make sure you do budget feature is based on categories in the report customization if you do budget make sure you dont want certain accounts if you dont want certain accounts to your budget reporting just deselect or uncheck them.
