i am suppose to go to vegas in april, and north carolina in july…
i pay rent, i owe like $900 in credit card bills, owe my boyfriend $500 ( but the credit and my boyfriend i can pay off anytime but i want to asap so i can stop worrying) plus i have other minor bills to pay…..
how can i save for my trips in time and still reasonably pay off my big bills?

The biggest money saver is to book your flights early. If you book within two weeks of the flight you could pay a lot more.

you can’t 9 plus 4 is 13 and you only make 14 so all of march is wiped out and april is upon you!!! suggest you pass on vegas trip and go next year!!!
Add up your total monthly costs ( rent, utilities, food, min CC payments, etc), deduct that from your take home.
That will equal your discretionary funds.
From that, decide how much to apply towards the $500 & $900 & July Trip (You need to know how much this trip will cost you).
Too late for Vegas . . . that is only 1 month away. You should have planned earlier for that trip, now i suggest you cancel it and get on track.
