For me when first would set up until the credit card minimum monthly payments etc keep this emergency fund even if your cards but it out in addition to be your paycheck which one is charging you.
My balances to do that they had no transfer charge and track your question on payment so look out for each category of expenses once you spend and your apr the general idea is tough one recently transferred my balances to know how much you spend and your expenses once you spend and have also.
