always a toughy – list ur income beside ur bills to see what disposable income u have left – divide that by 4 weeks n that divided by number of family members shud give all of u a number as a goal to remain under – if ur planning a trip then save by cutting a percentage from eaches budgeted weekly goal number – G L – p.s. always food shop by price per pound not sticker price – saves $$$
For the evenings when possible do laundry late in cold and saves electricity doing so you live so we run your own meals to buy from vending machines carryrefill your own lunchesdo not buy things you can.
