Advice on budgeting and feeling desperate when there is not enough money?

I know everyone has to come up with a budget in order to handle bills and pay important things.I have been through so much, too much in credit card debts that I had to stop paying them, foreclosure on my home, still owe some things that are minor like attorney fees for a traffic violation, etc. I went through all this before I seperated from my husband, and it got worst when I seperated, however, we are back together now. half of the expenses in the home, like food, electricity bill, satellite bill, house payment, etc.I just feel like I should maybe try to get that opportunity of the Band Credit Card, but like this person who is trying to help me adviced, you need to make sure that you can pay back the amount that you use on time to regain good credit. Any advice and suggestions are appreciated, no smart remarks please.
