First time new apartment (Budgeting advice)?

this is what i’ve got so far:
gym -$32 at golds
internet - roughly $40
phone - $52
food [...]
We are a family of three (2 adults,1 toddler, baby on the way) living on one military income. We are trying to evaluate our monthly budget so we can save just a little more here and there. The only place we found that can give would be our grocery budget. Currently, we spend $200 to $250 on groceries (including household items) but I would love to go lower. Can someone give me some ideas on feeding a family of 3 for under $200 month/$50 week? Thanks!! : ) *This would have to include 3 meals a day plus snacks. **Looking for ways to pinch pennies in household too (making own cleaning supplies,etc.)
