At the time 70 percent of the sales team was also not hitting their numbers I was the only one to be fired at that time. /they saty my standards were reasonable and I am arguing that in this economy they are not reasonable. /any advice ti this?

Dont know quite how to explain it but i will do best i can,

When i first met the gf she got a budget loan from income support with her son, Her name was only on that as i only just met her, and she is still paying it back as we speak.

But now we are on jobseekers allowance and claiming together, Job seekers allowance is in my name and i go sign on and look for jobs etc. I phoned the budget loan people to see if i qualify for a budget loan and they said i havnt had one before so yes you can.

But im not to sure cause once i get my forms, obviously it will say have you got a partner if so give details etc. So my question is if i put her name down as my partner and claiming together will they still accept my budget loan as ive not had one before, or will they say no because the partner has had one before. Any ideas peeps

I am a recent graduate of a tier three school, with a degree in finance. I currently have no experience, so I am basically in the entry level status. Anyways, I would love to pursue an analyst position or possibly get involved with budgeting/forecasting. I guess you could say those are my goals. I still havent truly decided what I want to do. I have interviewed and thought about some possible jobs, I just dont know what is going to get me the experience I need. I dont want dead end experience.

Work in Retail Banking – I have purused personal banker positions, but most are telling me to start out as a teller!

Work in Mortgage Origination – this is with a bank that specializes in mortgages (Indymac Bank) Offered me a position, but its hourly.

Basically im trying to get a job thats not necessarily glamorous paying the big bucks, but instead allows me to develop good work ethic, with the possibility to learn and grown and mold myself into a essential player in society!

P.S. I’m a stay-at-home mom, we own or own home, and are raising 4 kids with no government assistance on my husband’s $34,000 a year. I’ve been told I have a flair for managing money. ;p

A friend of mine is going for a city management position dealing with big budgets. She has many years of Human Resource & Insurance background and has dealt with budgets. But she knows that her personal credit is a mess and is worried that the city will run her personal credit as part of their background check. I personally think it’s a violation of privacy.
