We live in the kansas city area and his birthday is in November so outside is out of the question. There will be about eight kids at the party, and about 20 adults. I wanted to just have a small get together to fit our small apartment, but we have a lot of relatives in town for a wedding that same week. I am feeding everybody dinner as well as cake, but we are on a very tight budget. Any advice would be much appriciated.
